Exeter Open Studios 2010

eva studios are once again taking part in Exeter Open Studios.

As a large studio provider eva studios are very excited about being able to offer the public the opportunity to meet such a large number of artists all under the same roof and get insight into the sometimes almost mythical world of the artists. The studios will also be holding their official launch in connection with Exeter Open Studios and have their first Associate Members’ exhibition.

new name, new home

Out with the old and in with the new, after three years as Exeter Artspace CIC we are becoming a charity and taking the opportunity to change our name to eva studios (Exeter Visual Art Studios).

In March 2010 we moved to a new location which offers eva and our studio holders a long-term home and creative hub. Located on the outskirts of Marsh Barton with parking, 24 hr access and light and airy studios spaces eva has come along way from our much loved Red Lion Lane studio starting point.

As ever we want to provide affordable work space and facilities in a supportive artist led environment that aims to promote the social economic and cultural contribution of visual art for public benefit. We will be blogging about forthcoming events including Exeter Open Studio 2010 and the comings and goings of eva studios.
